- Is the product safe?
No Sweat has been marketed and tested for more than six years. As with any product that comes in contact with your skin, we recommend discontinuing its use at the slightest sign of skin rash or irritation.
- Can No Sweat be used on other parts of the body?
We do not recommend putting No Sweat on other parts of the body aside from its intended use for hands and feet.
- My hands get wet from sweat running down my arm, will No Sweat help stop that?
It is important that the body sweats. Some people have very hairy arms. The pores for the hair follicles are much bigger than the pores in your hand,or feet. No Sweat Lotion works best on non-hairy surfaces.

- Will No Sweat stay on my hands if I get them wet?
Most golfers and tennis players and many workers in hot humid weather keep a damp Towel close by to wipe off their equipment or tools. Plain water on a damp cloth will not remove or hinder the effect of the No Sweat product to work. Your hands will still stay moisture free.
- How do I remove No Sweat from my hands?
Simpy wash your hands with soap and water and rinse well.
- Why is there no smell to No Sweat?
Some people have an allergy to odors. Therefore No Sweat was purposely created to be odorless.
- What if I try the No Sweat product and my hands still sweat?
No sweat works on nearly everyone. * We have had experiences where people have a condition called Hyperhydrosis. (google this) This is a medical condition where excessive sweating occurs in the body.
When it occurs on the hands water actually can drip out of the palms of the hands. There is a society in Philadelphia, PA that answers all questions regarding this condition.NO SWEAT can help reduce this annoying sweaty issue, but, you will not get as good a result as others who do not have this condition. We do recommend you see a dermatogist if you have these symtoms.

- What is your shipping policy?
We send by first class u.s.a. mail domestically or u.s.a. international first class mail.
- What is your shipping time?
Two days from receipt of order. Time in transit is depended on many factors out of our control. We ship by U.S.Postal first class domestically and Internationally. For larger shipments FedEx or your specified carrier.
- What is your return policy?
We will accept returns on any bottles of the No Sweat lotion that has not been opened or tampered with. For security and health reasons we shrink wrap each bottle
- What is your Refund Policy?
Returned bottles must be in same bottle, and not opened or altered in any manner.
- How do I return the product?
A written request must be submitted to No Sweat America.com – use our Comment Form for approval to return. Postage must be that of the buyer for returns, and must be returned in same condition it was sent to the client.
